I burned my scalp...again...

Really need to find my hat. This is getting ridiculous. Had much fun yesterday, despite some hiccups, the first being that I woke up with an ice-pick headache that never really went away, though it varied in intensity throughout the day.

We left almost on time, but then had to go back for nurikochan's bathing suit, but at least we were still within city limits. Then got up to Sand Harbor to find out that it was completely full, probably due to this being the last weekend for Shakespeare at Sand Harbor. So off we went to the other side of the lake to another beach, which was actually very nice. If it weren't such a long drive, it would be almost worth it. So, seeing as how we finally arrived at the beach around noon-thirty, we stayed pretty late, which I hope no one got in trouble for, but I liked driving back around sunset. Went back through Truckee partly because there's a Dairy Queen there and it was a universal ice cream craving moment. Got into town around 9:30 and pretty much collapsed into bed.

Now I am up and waiting for the sibling to come so that we may go to TMCC to register him and scope out the book situation for me. Speaking of TMCC, finally got the dates for concerts set down.

Well, I didn't get in trouble. :) Me staying and watching Hana Yori Dango was actually Nate's idea. (I think he didn't want to relinquish his computer yet... *laugh*) The beach was really nice... I think the only thing that annoyed me, besides the fact that it was so far away, was the amount of insect life that kept crawling on our towels. >.< But I had a really good time.
